Can our school adopt one of your schools for 1 year?

To raise awareness and involvement between children in Western schools and rural schools in India , we sometimes get request to connect one of our schools for One or more years to a school project like: Across Borders.

Your school staff creates a Plan to raise support for one of the rural schools.  This can be done by all kind of sponsor events. 

• after a serie Lessons about Indian Food resolving into baking Chapatti\'s  . It is a favorite bread throughout India. The ingredients for this chapatti recipe are simple: flour, water, salt and oil, but it takes practice to make them just right. Traditionally, chapattis are made in a Tawa which is a slightly concave round griddle. A cast iron skillet makes a good substitute.
• The Chapatti's  can be offered  to the parents and others at a Indian style meal for a small donation for the Indian School project.
• Lessons about Clean drinking water in the USA and other countries gets a whole different dimension if  connected with daily life in Indian villages
• Sponsored School runs for the School Project
• Special sales
• etc

Our Staff keeps your school informed and depending of age group can create interactivity like sending a good recipe  by our school children.
This kind of partners projects between Schools Across Borders can be a rich experience for both
